Cafe closure (20 Nov 2024)

Dear users

 

The Library Cafe, Venture Drive Coffee Roasters (VDC), will be closed on 20 Nov 2024 for scheduled maintenance.

Public Address (PA) System Testing at Library

We wish to inform users that the Development and Estate Department will be carrying out testing of the Public Address (PA) System at NIE Block 4 (Library) on 9 Nov 2024 (Saturday).

 

During the test, there will be playing of PA messages from 9am to 1pm. Please do not be alarmed.

Fire Protection Functional Test (23 Mar 2024)

We wish to inform users that DED will be carrying out the monthly fire protection functional test on 23 Mar 2024, Saturday from 0900 hrs to 1300 hrs at Block 4 (Library/Canteen) in NIE.  

 

During the test, fire alarm bells and speakers will be sounded intermittently. Please do not be alarmed.

 

Please do not use the lifts during the test.
