NIE Data Centre Shutdown on 23-24 Nov 2018

We wish to inform users that the Computer Services Centre (CSC) will be performing the following IT preventive maintenance:

23 Nov 2018 (Fri), 5.15pm to 24 Nov 2018 (Sat), 11.59pm	Annual Building Electrical Maintenance for Blk 1, 2, and 3	The NIE data centre will be shut down. All IT services will not be available in the campus. The following IT services will be made available from Internet using a second data centre outside NIE campus. There will be intermittent disruption during fail-over on Fri night and fail-back on Sat night: 1) Blackboard 2) LIBRIS Portal and e-databases 3) NIE Corporate Web Site 4) NIE Portal 5)Staff email
